Moving again!

Oh my. It has been 5 years since I have blogged. I completely forgot about this one!

Well, it has finally happened. After searching for 7 years, Matthew has found a job in Wisconsin. He will be working for a Wheaton Fransiscan healthcare hospital in Milwaukee. What an amazing opportunity this is for him. He is being offered a promotion to coordinator. He is very excited. Of course it sure helps that Wisconsin is one of the best places for hunting, fishing, and boating. I have several uncles, cousins, and a brother-in-law who go throughout the year.

I can't believe we have less than 2 months before we leave. It seams so surreal right now. Baltimore has been quite the experience. I've made so many wonderful friends. We finally, for the first time in our marriage, found a church home.

We've done so many things here, gone so many places, seen so many sights. We've been to DC countless times to see the museums and the zoo.

We've been to New York City.

Had our first and only adult trip to Punta Cana

West Virginia Family Reunions

North Carolina Family Reunions

We camped in Pennsylvania and went to Amish country.

Went to many Dairy farms

Had sleepovers

And backyard parties!

Went to Longwood Gardens

Hiked so many places. And found a great swimming hole!

Went Geocaching with friends

Went to the National Aquarium

 Aleyna and Matt were in Annie!

and Matt got to be in The Wedding Singer!

I was even in a play with Aleyna! Freckleface Strawberry!

 We've been Youth Leaders

Flight 93 Memorial

and Sunday school teachers. Hosted an Agape concert!

We've loved every minute of singing in our Praise team.

Raised Chickens!

Lost a beloved member of our family

Had Puppies!

Went to the Washington International Horse Show

Went to our first Demolition Derby!

And our first Lawnmower races!

And our first Tractor Pull!

Been to Many Johns Hopkins Galas

I Worked as a Barn Manager

Started my own business

                                Worked my first Full Time Job As Vet Receptionist/Tech!

Been to countless Oriole's games!

Saw a National's Game

The Boys played Soccer for many years

Boys played baseball

Aleyna was in Dance!

Learned Ballroom dancing and went to our first competition

Can't count how many times we went to the ocean!

Got to go to the Dew Tour!

Spent every Summer at the pool

Been to a Fairy Festival!

Attended many Halloween parties

Went to Six Flags

Disney World

Sea World

We've seen the Herr's Potato chip factory and gone to a few dairy farms. Volunteered at rescues.

 We've even broken a World Record with our local Humane Society!

It truly has been wonderful. I am really going to miss all the incredible people I have met here. We've  made more friends and gone more places in our time here than any other place we have lived. It will surely be a difficult move for us.


2 out of the 3 kids are very excited to be moving West. Brittin is very upset. He has made many good friends here and is having a very hard time with leaving them behind. They all have many friends already where we are temporarily moving to.

The kids and I will be moving in with my parents until our house here in Maryland sells. Matthew will be moving in with my sister and brother-in-law. She is so excited, she's been getting the extra room ready for weeks now!

God surely has looked out for us. This move will be a very difficult one, but we are so lucky to have such wonderful family who are willing to take us in while we transition into this new chapter of our lives.
