Brittin is away at Grandma's. He flew up on an airplane with her to Wisconsin. They've gone to the county fair, seen a concert, and gone swimming with cousins. They plan to go see a couple movies yet too. While he's been away I took the other 2 to play mini golf and Jayden got to try out the batting cages. He actually hit a ball too! The mini golf is an old course with all the fiberglass structures and hitting the ball under the spinning wind mill type holes. It's really cute. There's an ice cream and sno cone shop next door where we had to each get an ice cream cone. We also had our very first drivi in movie experience. It was however one of the hottest nights of the year. We couldn't turn our air on because we have automatic lights on our car. We saw the newest Harry Potter. It was realy good and really leaves you hanging at the end. Jayden fell asleeep half way through the movie and asked us why we left and didn't finish the movie! Aleyna was a trooper though. She stayed up and watched the second feature which was Alien Invasion with Will from Will and Grace. It was a super cheesy movie set in the 40's but it did scare Aleyna!

Today we are attempting a yard sale. Silly me didn't put any signs out though except in front of my house so we'll see how we do. I've had 1 person show up. I advertised on craigslist. It'll probably all end up down at Goodwill by the end of the day.

I have finally enrolled in College. I am taking some pre-requisite classes. I am starting off with intermediate Algebra and Speech. School starts the week after the kids start. Hopefully I can find someone to watch the kids for my Saturday class when Matt is working. All the other days were filled. I'm crossing my fingers that someone drops out of one of the weekday slots. I never knew that each class was designed to be only 1 semester long. I just hope my brain works after being out of school for 11 years now!

Field Trip!

Last week we went to a dairy farm up in Cecil county with all the kindergarteners. It was a fun filled day! We got to see all sorts of neat things. Jayden and mommy even got some cow poop splashed on us when we watched them milking! We got to see what cows eat and pet tiny baby cows. Then we got to have homemade ice cream. MMMM! TYhey had a small petting zoo and an awesome playground. Everyone had a really great time. You can see all the pictures on Picasa.

Poor Jayden got stuck behind us

I had to get a picture of this for all the Halle's. The restaraunt went out of business though.

Just a couple pictures of my house. I recently painted my kitchen. I finally went red! Now I need a few more lights in there to brighten it up a bit.

They aren't the graetest pictures. They breezed through the ceremony and I was at the back of the room. Brittin is now officially a Webelo1 and Jayden is Officially a Tiger!
